The Grading of Teachers
At KAI, in meeting the strict requirements that are a part of current education standards, the school seeks to employ
teachers that combine excellent teaching skills with an approachable and friendly character.
Registered teachers initially
take a grade 1 exam, followed by a grade 2 exam for those teachers with over three years experience.
