Accommodation
Although KAI doesn't have their own accommodation options, they are happy to help students to find their accommodation.
Homestay
For Open Monthly Course students only
If you would like to live in a Japanese-speaking environment, we advise you to choose a homestay, which is available with half board.
The families you will be introduced have all passed KAI's prerequisites, and have accepted an agreement with KAI
to provide reliable and trustworthy accommodation.
Transit time from the host families to the school will be between 30 minutes and 1.5 hours. Accommodation fee is differ by the distance from the lodging place to the school.
Sakura Hotel
Recommended for short-term students
Sakura Hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Tokyo's Jimbocho used book district.
Sakura Hotel has 4 types of hotel rooms: single, double, twin and shared rooms with bunk beds in a dormitory style.
Consider Sakura Hotel as a Japanese Guest house or a Youth Hostel.

Sakura Guest House
Recommended for long-term students
Guesthouse is a partially shared accommodation. You will have a private bedroom, and share kitchen,
toilet, bathroom, and living room, with other people. Consider sharing a house or a large apartment with several people.
Some people call it - "Gaijin(foreigner) House".
Rooms are furnished, and monthly rents ranges from 48,000 yen to 130,000 yen / month. No key money, guarantor,
or agent fee required, you can pop in with a suitcase and start your life in Tokyo.
